BBQ Short Ribs Oven Method

Preheat the oven to 300° F
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the short ribs on a baking sheet. Coat with your favorite BBQ sauce
Cover the ribs with foil and roast in the oven for 2 1/2 hours
Remove the top layer of foil and broil on high for 3 minutes per side
Serve with more BBQ sauce and enjoy!

Instant Pot or Slow Cooker Method

Place short ribs in Instant Pot or slow cooker
Pour your favorite BBQ sauce over the ribs.
Cook on high pressure for 45 minutes with a quick release in Instant Pot, of for 4-6 hours on low in the slow cooker.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the short ribs on the sheet.
Broil on high for 3 minutes per side.
Serve with more BBQ sauce and enjoy!
